Some way into the creation of an online video for market research giants Harris Interactive, I was asked to take a look at the complex tech-heavy script and re-write it in a... how shall I put this? Less 'jargonistic' way.

 

During the writing process I discovered that the client was open to more creative approaches to their project. So, I offered a series of more imaginative ideas which I knew would impress visitors to their website and draw potential clients more smoothly into the detailed technical areas of their work.
